Sizzle with Decor is the Best!
SWD made our special day absolutely to order. When we came looking for our wedding reception decor we had modest expectations about what we could do with our budget. It was our dream to have a Marie Antoinette French reception, but we didn’t know if it could be done. We checked a few places and they didn’t have anything close to what wanted. Eventually through a bridal show we ended up talking with Estrelita and Eli of Sizzle with Decor.
The first thing we noted about Estrelita was her passion. She is full of energy and is very detail-oriented.
At our consultation we got down to business right away and we found out the Estrelita stocks fabrics that are way, way better than the usual decorator places. This is the difference folks: she doesn’t simply stock linens…she supplies the real fabrics. After seeing so many fabrics we were kind of wondering how much all this was going to cost. This is when we learned the SWD can be very creative to help you fit within your budget. In our case we had around 100 guests, and our reception was in a huge room. We worked with SWD to make sure that it was cozy and everything worked together,
Skip ahead to the day of the wedding, Estrelita and Eli were there at the reception hall before the catering crew; and even before the wedding planner!
This was probably the best part of the decorating. To see what we had paid for was really surprising. I mean, little pictures on a piece of paper don’t really do something justice. Long story short, we got exactly the kind of decor we wanted, and it fit well with all the other touches.

We were recommended to them by our coordinator at the National Arts Centre as they have decorated many weddings at this venue. We first met with them in their home, where Estrelita and Elias showed us their wide selection of linen. Although they did not have the same matching shade of pewter for table runners and chair sashes that we wanted, they special ordered them for us to ensure everything would match perfectly. The NAC has wide chairs that don’t fit certain chair covers. Sizzle with Decor had ones that fit perfectly.
Estrelita and Elias worked within our budget and presented us with options that would work. They were never pushy and offered helpful suggestions based on our ideas. They are very experienced and you can rest assured they will get the job done.

This Canada Day Weekend my sisters best friend married her high school sweetheart. The Wedding was quite possibly one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Blues, whites and golds filtered the room and there was a resonating romantic ambiance that you couldn’t help but fall in love with.
